My sparring partner, Skylark of Taisho. He is unfortunately too stubborn to allow himself to be healed, and as I was the one wielding a sword, he has suffered a number of cuts and other wounds that should be taken care of for risk of blood loss. But I could not get him to stay and wait for healing even if I tried. Still, I am worried about him.
Appeal to his desire for strength. Since, ah, worry will not work, point out to him that training or fighting while injured not only reduces his efficiency and thus whatever he might gain from it, but risks causing him permanent damage.
And if that does not work - leaving himself injured leaves him, ah, vulnerable.

...is there, ah, someone that refuses to be healed?

...Stubborn... [considers.] ...I, ah, have known stubborn warriors, where I came from. [like his husband] Is Skylark a man that values strength?

Re: Fox
I hope one of those options appeals to his senses. Thank you, Persephone.
Re: Fox
Has the, ah, game gone well for you, otherwise?
